Hi, I'm in the process of rewiring the home. I'm looking to install Sonoff Touch 3 way switches on ground, first and second floor landing.
The instructions in the Sonoff Touch box isn't very detailed, hoping someone would be able to give guidance.

I'm looking for ability to switch on / off landings lights on any of the floors.

The lighting cable being installed is 2 core plus neutral.

Link to the actual switch you have would really help.

Or better still install wi-fi lamps and buy an amazon echo dot or a google home mini (Not joking they are great, no need for light switches, you tell your device to turn the lights on off or dim)

You are wanting to be able to turn off 1 light from 3 different floors? (Ground, first, second)

If it was being done conventionally you would need 2 x 2 way switches and 1 x intermediate switch. The 2 ways would go at the the top and bottom, the intermediate would go in the middle. You would also need a 3 core and earth cable.

You are using sonoff switches. Sonoff switches have 3 connections, Live, Neutral & switched live. Your one has L and N IN, L1, L2, L3, out (one for each switch)

I am sorry to say, but you can not connect 2 or more sonoff light switches together.

In short you can not do as you hoped with the sonoff light switch. :cb

How ever if you buy 2 or more amazon echo dots, you can put one on the first and one on the second floors and you can tell them to turn the lights on / off. As they can talk to your sonoff light switch.

Oh, you can also use a smart phone to control your sonoff light switch too. (Yes i have that option as well)

I have a sonoff unit sitting next to me now, and I also have one connected to a table fan, its great, just tell alexa to turn on the fan.
