May seem a daft question, but, we have just got two soaker hoses to run around the plants to make watering easier. Now 'the Manager' has just raised the question of:- Can we leave them out when it freezes in winter?

Never gave it a thought myself, as I always leave both hosepipes on their reels outdoors all winter without a problem.

What is the usual practice with soakers and for that matter, normal hoses.

I have had them out last winter, and they are fine, when i bought them it was advertised as frost resistant

Was going to lay them out today but it has rained so much all day, that the garden and plants won't need them for about a fortnight now.
