Plastered a small section of wall yesterday night (half inch-ish of BG Hardwall on to brick, followed by a skim of Multifinish).

Now I've checked it in daylight it looks rubbish! Serves me right for plastering in darkness.

Obviously the plaster is still damp (been drying for about 10 hours tops). Can I PVA it now and reskim, or do I need to wait until it's 100% dry and then do it?
