was using the welder today, when the motor that controls the wire feed stopped working, can anyone let me know if sip run a spares dept for this sort of thing?

You can get SIP spares, are you sure a fuse hasnt blown or tripped out thermally? HAve a look at this site, looking at the motor you could probably pick up what you want in Maplin for less than a tenner.

the unit has power going to it, the fan is still spinning, yet when i press the trigger the wire motor just will not feed, have even taken the wheel from it and the spindle will not turn. the swith that feeds this however is still working as you can see and hear it
