Does any one have any tips for how you form a decent seal between the bottom of a shower enclosure and the shower tray? Is there a particular type of silicon/sealant that is better than others? I can never seem to crack this problem.

You shouldn't seal the inside bottom edge or the water can get trapped.

A bead along the outer edge is all it needs, and Dow Corning is the best.

I would check that there is not movement when someone is on the tray. Any flex will make the joint fail and water will creep through. How is the tray fixed??

There's no movement on the tray, its securely in place. So is the idea to have a thin bead along the outer edge?
