at present my freeview recorder boxes are plugged in vcrs to allow the input into the aeriel cable as they dont have an output frequency
is there any other way to change a scart output to coax output as a vhs recorder is not a very efficient way to convert from one to the other :thumbright:

No - not direct.

If you are going from SCART to coax (as in RF) then you need to employ the use of an RF Modulator.

Time for some new TV's ;)

its more to do with my set up where you can watch any recorder on any telly in the house and my workshop
each telly has its own box or freeveiw recorder or internal
i also have freesat to sort out some time soon lol

Do you have all recorders in the same room and then distributed by RF?

If you say what your current setup is, there might be a better alternative (with a little bit of work) to integrate your freesat too!
