BA,
My mistake for not reading it all:

"The kit is supplied with 2 x 18 volt 1.7Ah clip on / off batteries, a 60 / 90 minute charger and a zipped carry bag for easy storage and transportation."

But it also states that:

"Box Contains
1 x Ryobi CDILDD182 One Plus 18 Volt Combi Drill
1 x Drill Driver
2 x 1.7Ah Ni-CD Batteries
1 x Zipped Carry Case
1 x Instructions"

With no mention in the list of contents of a charger, that is where I got it wrong.

Still looks a good bargain.
