....Throne, great white phone to god, thunder box, crappan or the good old fashioned lav.

What do you gentlemen do when you install a toilet pan to stop it rocking backwards and forwards? Is it accepted to silicone it to the floor?

This is pan only - cistern is one of the hidden variety.

There are two L shaped rubbers that are firmly and securely screwed to the floor and fixed through the pan, but I fail to see how this would prevent movement in that direction (they are in the middle).

I await the voice of the pro's.

Silicon is fine if you let it cure.

Had a great weekend thanks, up the snooker club for 5hours with a load of friends and a case of beer. :thumbright:

I hope that was a case of beer each :thumbright:

Fix the pan first then a decent bead of dow corning 785 silicone tooled off with a set of fugenboys will do nicely :wink:

Or nip into Sainsburys and pick up a Nectar card, will do virtually the same job, and cost nothing..
