Just came on cardboard this time with a plastic bubble over it.
Got the keyless chuck one this morning and tried it out on a few screws that were "inaccessable" (well I pretended they were)

It took a few minutes to figure out the best side to fit the grip handle and then had to start the driver slowly to work out which way the torque would try to turn it but it worked fine.
Remember if using it to UNscrew in a tight corner to make sure you leave enough room for the screw to come part way out of the hole.

Quite pleased with it for the price. Feels heavy enough to have metal gears rather than cheapo plastic ones.

Will probably sit in the tool bag for a couple of years before getting used in earnest but for 5 quid . . . money well spent (less than two pints).

Did see this, what is the length please so we know how small a gap it will fit into?

With a short screwdriver bit in the chuck it is 145mm from tip to back of elbow.

So to screw in a 1" screw you would need about 7" clearance.

This is with the keyless chuck, but the keyed chuck looked about the same length.

I just got one of the keyless chuck versions too. Seems well made and I am sure that it will last a long time with the occasional use expected. For £5 it is well worth it.

I notice next week they have an 800w generator for £70 which might be worth a look
