 Post subject: replacing storage heater

Hi there, I need find out what the rough price of replacing a 3.6kw storage heater with include labour costs.

i can only give you an idea on the labour costs as the heater is whatever you decide to buy.

you supply the heater

1 hours work to strip & remove the old one & install the new one + clean up should set you back no more than £40-50 max. if it was me and locally to my house i would probably charge you £30 but some others may want more for just turning up ::b

The heaters cost about £265 plus vat each and the installation, removal and disposal £28 per heater plus Vat.

A one off storage heater. I got to drive there, tools out, uninstall, and lump into the van then fit another one and test (11:30pm :salute: ) and then drive to the next job and then get rid of sometime.... I'd book a morning unless it was close by, £75-100 depends on travel and if I could sqeeze in with another job that morning, perhaps then £50, wouldnt do it for less.
