going well so far :thumbright: not easy moving 2m of worktop on your jacks though! hse for lifting dont live here anymore

As no pics,have to rely on mental pictures

I just got visions of a sink lent against the wall,a couple of dripping pipe ends and a 2m length of worktop laying on floor with two little hands and feet pocking out from the sides underneath and then zoom into a close up of one of the hands waving for help with root tattooed across the knuckles :lol:

Hope everthing is going well really root's :-)

lol nah started late yesterday and got interrupted today. so had a 4 hour lunch break and beers before cutting the sink hole... :-)

sink is now in, plumbing sorted, just gotta re check all connections, silicone the sink in, plumb in the dishwasher and washing machine fix and oil the tops, will get pics up on monday :-)

nice to see the faith you guys have in me :lol:

although I did cut the sink hole too small by 4mm which took some time rectifying this afternoon...

sadly i just had to wash up in the bath :sad:

all done, definately needed a few beers after and during doing that!

checked the plumbing for leakage at every stage of doing the work, dish washer and washing machine have been tested too,

thanks for the guidance guys, will post the finished pics in a bit :wink:

no one mentioned check valves anywhere... so must get one to put on my dishwasher to stop my drinking water tasting like new dishwasher pipe... on a similar note, anyone know if i can get straight female 15mm couplers or would it be okay to couple using a small length of flexi pipe?

am i right to put the check valve on the dishwasher side of the appliance tee?
