Hello, maybe I'm being stupid but how do you replace bathroom spotlight bulbs , see pic attached
They don't twist, the disc around the spotlight doesn't seem to come off easily and I'm afraid of damaging the fitting if I pull on the disc or the clips inside the fitting too much

Just pop the c shaped clip out and the bulb should drop out with ease.
