Hi,

I have just moved into a new property that has Altro safety flooring installed in the garage. It is very nice except for the fact the concrete base has not been levelled so the flooring is lumpy.

I would like to remove the Altro safety flooring, level the concrete floor and then refit it. I have tried lifting a small section which came with a bit brute force but am wondering if there are any good floor adhesive removers on the market to remove the glue from the flooring, concrete and help the flooring come up easier?

Once the flooring is up I plan on using Ball Stopgap 1200 Pro to help level the floor and then refit the safety flooring and cold weld the seems.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Stophen.

acetone is good for some stubborn adhesives

it's very noxious

test it on the floor to see it won't damage that too
