Not sure of the proper name, how do you stop the water dripping from out flow pipe for radiators? Is it a pressure issue?

maybe he means the drain off, if that is the case a new washer will solve that

It's the pipe that goes out side the house, it's dripping down the back of the house.

Do you mean the pressure relief pipe.

How high does the pressure go when the boiler is running, and what is the system pressure at cold.
