i have brought some levelling compound for floor tiling it does instruct to pva the floor before the compound is poured on top but do i need to pva again on top of the compound before tiling?

Don't use PVA on top of the latex. Follow the recommended procedure for the adhesive.

sounds like you may have bought some cheap levelling compound there..
most of the top brand ones re:their own primer proir to laying the slc i.e.F Ball primer 131 etc..
what type is it...based compound.. water latex fibre ..etc..

yes it is cheap lol
the instructions say either mix with water or latex i am going to mix with water it does not instruct to pva on top so i was unsure what to do
