I got a Wattson ages ago www.diykyoto.com/ about a £100 when I bought it, but they are much cooler now!

Mine monitors my PV and lets us know if we're giving away power! I have trained the Mrs to switch on the dishwasher when there is a big negative number.

My wattson features in this video I did for thr Energy Saving Trust a few years back.

I will get to know correct answers after receiving plug in monitor. May come to some conclusions after a while!

Never had that issue BA with any of the kit I had - I had 3 meters from different manufactueres, a multitude of plugs in and a calibrated meter for comparison.

Wonder if it's due to loads or network issues/configuration?

i am sure it dosnt happen all the time but several people have micromanaged the load as in all mcbs off excepts one circuit then the last item say a 20w lamp will give a reading off 80w

the sort off conclusion was possibly induced load :dunno: :dunno:

Agreed, I used a plug in monitor too and it's safe to say, my opinions changed.
