What amazes me is if a diyer did a similar some pros out there would mouth off about 'should have got us pros in'.
We take pride in our work and are fed up of being ripped off by people like these. I get a plasterer in I can trust when I want him, same with any trade if I'm not confident of doing a good job.
Can any of you remember making a 'copper or brass Y' piece during trade skills training, we had to in the RN; and all tubing had to be cut with a hacksaw; no automatic tube cutters then.
I digress sorry.
