Hi i'm needing some plastering done on a job i'm pricing up in the Harlow area and was wondering if any one would be able to give me a price i've had a qoute for it from the online plasterer site but wanted to see what else was about the height of the room is 2.4 metres and its 3 walls the largest is 5.32m then a 3.14m then a small wall with a doorway that works out 1.34m with two small returns of 19cm a small edge of 25cm then goes back on its self to another door way so another small 72cm bit of wall there then another longer wall of 2.75m. I know thats not going to be easy to work out like that but any ideas would be great I would do it myself but am busy for the next few weeks and they want it done as soon as possible, it would need sealing over the old paint and theres a small strip of wallpaper to come off. cheers for any ideas you may have

rule of thumb, never price a job before seeing it, but in this instance as i'm not pricing to do it i'll give you my thoughts.

shouldn't be any more than a days skimming plus mats and some prep the day before possibly so i'd go in at between £185-£225 i think for that.

Yeah i'd go in at about 200 for that but thats just going off what you've said, i'd never start a job before i went to look at it tho, rule number one for me that is
