hi does anyone know what thickness SWA 3 core cable i would need to supply a static caravan?

Depends on the run length.

Normally the static is wired for a 32A connection and 2.5mm csa will suffice (unless you're running the cable around the garden a few times.... :lol: )

it has to run 70 meters, does this mean i would need thicker?

At full (32A) load you will need 10mm cable to prevent volt drop exceeding permitted.
