The Big Brother wall lights (the ones at the bottom of the steps as the contestants enter) look as if they could be made from acrylic. Am I correct in assuming this and what type of acrylic do you think it is as I would like to try and recreate some?

Thanks for any replies.

Now, lets get one thing straight here-
I DO NOT WATCH BIG BROTHER, although I am kind of forced to watch it if I am at the girlfriends house :cb

I think I know the lights that you mean and they look like they are made from an opaque white colour, which looks to me like 050 double sided frost effect. They are probably 5mm thick and look like they are just made out of a box shape and are glued together and then hung over a wall light.

I'm going to do a tutorial on how to make some of these in the next few weeks hopefully, as well as some designer shelves using perspex.
