Absolutely outrageous. Fancy using grout that colour with those tiles!!!

Whole job is a pile of crap. Looks like it has been done by a woman released from Holloway prison last month who had done a two week bathroom fitters course for her release present.

Did he actually get paid for that? It should be a criminal offence to take money off people for work of that standard. It's actually theft.

I'm actually passing tiling work onto a 'lady' tiler we've recently met.

I'm doing it because I consider myself 'not the best of tilers' but I'm a master by comparison.

That's truly outrageous. :cussing:

from our point of view as tradesmen or handymen, it hurts to know we lose out in quoting against rogues like that.

the law should be changed to actually put people in prison for work liek that because : -

a) he is committing fraud by saying he is qualified

b) he is stealing their money because they are going to have to pay again to have it put right

Think it has to be mirrored what Jaeger said..........He is passing his tiling on, even if it is to a lady and not a man lol.

I think most of us on here whether we have City&Guilds in one trade but do others too, are handymen or multitraders, would pass work over that we know is beyond our limits. I tile and better and cleaner than a lot of tilers but some jobs, I am not interested in because I don't get up to that level of spec. Then my tiler does it. same with the plumbing on bathrooms or kitchens.

thankfully most of us know the limits. Just a shame that we all lose out on work to tw*ts like the one who has done that job.
