... drawer and door fronts.

This has appeared after the sideboard has spent five years in a humid shipping container The drawers are stuck tight too. The sideboard has been in my house for just one week now.

I'm assuming the drawers will dry and free-up by May/June, but does anyone have a remedy for the black mould blemishes? Could I try a mould removing bathroom cleaner perhaps on the back first to test?

I'd try and find something that does not contain bleach and then as you say test it on the back.

I'm not sure if a quick blast with a steam cleaner would be a good idea or not

The high temperature might kill the mould?

Thanks UHM
I've had a reply from Ercol - they recommend vinegar and water 1 to 3.
