Here I am banging on about Broags. Excellent boilers and ridiculously quiet.

I've also never fitted any boilers that condense so much so quick

Just got in from finishing a 35C install :thumbright:

WBs answer to that Dave would be, "If it don't make a noise how to you know it's working" or was that Vaillant

I've had BAXI round and they have swapped the PCB, but same issue, pump keeps on running.

Had a look at the pump over-run connections when the engineer was changing the PCB, and it's not wired up!! The installers never bothered to wire it up!!

Any advice please?

thanks
Aidan

It's going to need the pipe stat chucking and rewiring properly as it should've been in the first place. Is it reasonable acces to run another cable between the boiler and the wiring centre?

It is reasonable, but has to traverse two rooms through the same conduit/channel under the floor as the pipes to and from the boiler. The boiler is in the kitchen, with the pump, wiring and cylinder are in a cupboard in the hallway - which means getting up the carpet and kitchen lino.

I feel like I've been done like a kipper, as the installers aren't very forthcoming now I know it hasn't been installed properly. I would've happily paid the extra for time and effort to get the job done properly!
