when e mails arrive in my in box can label them,but as anyone know how I can move them from inbox into a separate folder,can do this on works laptop on windows,but cant fathom it on sky. thanks steve

Are you using the webmail client?

Do you use outlook at home?

You could always setup outlook and configure it with your sky credentials?

I configured outlook exoress to pick up mail from Sky as I found it took so long to log onto Sky then select e-mail and wait for validation from googlmail etc.
There is a "how to" on Sky

googlemail tends to avoid folders, instead using labels in their webmail client making it easy to search for mail. Annoying I know. If I find a way to make folders in their webmail client I will let you know
