Not 1 reply with a mention use of a spirit level, if you dont plumb boards correctly door casings and window reveals end up looking P****D!!!!
tip... always follow good building practice that way you never end up out of work & on the old king cole!!!!

I haven't used this and gone back to the job yet but haven't had any complaints.

Google "Pink Grip Dry fix". It is made by Everbuild but I am sure there are others. It has certain advantages, especially speed and you can skim after an hour. It is also much ligher and easier to transport.

Price wise it is similar to BC. It is great for external walls because unlike bonding compound, it does not offer a thermal bridge. Boards are much easier to handle as it weighs nothing so you can work more quickly on your own. I have added a couple of knock ins at the top of boards afterwards in case there is a product recall. I dont want to be responsible if they find out it only lasts five years.

I am converting two restaurants and will use loads of it so will have a better idea early next year.

listen to pristines advice he knows what hes talking about i have been dot and dabbing myself into an early grave for the past 23 years.one other little tip dont stand the board directly onto the floor cut a couple of little squares of board and stand the board on them good luck
