I looked on the internet and Patiomaster are a trading name of Profile 22.

you only require fensa if the windows are replacement only contract. if you have them replaced under a project where building control is involved you will not need a cert as the install will be overseen by the local authority, regardless of who installs, once the project is signed off , your covered.
