Please could one of the plumbing experts explain the difference between BPEX and Polybutylene. What are the pros & cons of each?

One is a Pex barrier pipe and the other is a Polybutylene barrier pipe.

The Polybutylene is lightweight and more flexible so more suited to underfloor heating, and can go into screeds, whereas the Pex must be sleeved in a conduit.
