Here is an inexpensive way of making a nut spinner to be used in a cordless drill for tightening of nuts/bolts/roofing bolts.


This teqhnique works great on roofing screws-




Here is the normal way to tighten or loosen nuts using a drill. Normally an adaptor and a socket is used, this particular picture is of an sds drill adaptor, this would easily cost a few pounds-



Instead of buying the adaptor and the socket just buy a socket head bolt/screw of the correct size and grip this in the chuck on the drill and you have a very inexpensive nut spinner.
