If its just for a one off job cramp a timber batten to the draining board
and run the base of the router along it, then move the batten across for the next groove

If you require the draining board grooves to get deeper towards the sink end make a jig as follows

Cut a peice of 12mm plywood a bit longer than the draining board and
50mm wider than the base of the router

Fix a batten to the plywood as a fence to run the base of the router along

Fit on 2 more wedge shape battens 3mm thinner at the sink end for the
router base to sit and run on

Cut a slot in the base of the jig so the router cutter can pass through and cut the groove

Cramp the jig to the draining board, as the router runs along the fence
and wedges the groove will get deeper

Reposition the jig fo each groove

Just out of interest:

Did you draw it yourself?

If so what program did you use?
