|
|
|
Hi I am a new very depressed member at the moment, I have a pond which I thought was put down correctly but after this bad rain period I have now found that the lining is being pushed up as I seem to have lots of water sitting under the pond. My garden does not drain well and I do find water just sits around for ages.
I do not know what to do now I was thinking I could lift an area of the lining up and pump out the water but then this is just a temp soultion, if anyone has any ideas of what to do.
Thanks |

You will probablly have to drain the pond then pump out the water underneath the liner.
Are the pond walls level with the ground level?
If so to prevent the pond from having the same problem build the sides up so they are 4" or so above ground level _________________ Carpenter & Joiner Sheffield |

Yes its level with the ground but no water poured into the pond just underneath, I am going to try to drain under the pond 1st.
Thanks

I have managed to drain the water from underneath that pond vac came in handy, I think the problem is I came too close to the fence and now don't have a lot of options, need to stop the water coming down the fence and sitting there I suppose, I have took a picture if anyone has any more ideas but not sure how to upload it.
Thanks |
