I have some awful polystyrene tiles on my bathroom ceiling and I'd like to know (before I start) if they are easy to remove and how I go about doing it. Thank you.

a wallpaper scraper behind them will take them off. They will make a hell of mess and it would be best to wear goggles and a facemask
