Please confirm if you strongly agree, agree, disagree or strongly disagree.

1.I prefer to buy my building supplies online.
2.I’d be happy to use a marketplace to compare and buy my building supplies.
3.An online marketplace (like Amazon) just for tradesmen (and women) is a great idea!
4.I only buy my supplies from one local merchant
5.I can save money by shopping for building supplies online

post735725.html#p735725 most of you answers are there

There are plenty of sites that do polls and will give you a wider audience like easypolls, doodle, strawpoll or pollmonkey

imho your site is flawed, you can no way carry the stock needed, with out major investment, and no one wants money tied up in stock that's sitting on the shelf, investment companys will look at this and walk away as its to high risk

so many variables really for a simple answer
you talking trade or joe public ??
are you talking exact time slots[within a 2hr widow ]or whenever ??
usually it will be a complex mix varying job by job day by day often with being tied down to a delivery slot only being viable iff on site with other work or no cost involved time wise to be in to accept delivery

1. strongly disagree

2. disagree. I can compare local merchants using google

3. disagree

4. disagree... I shop around between 2/3 local merchants (google)

5. Agree... but a quick google does that for me.

which is precisely why they WON'T carry the stock. This is just another drop-shipping venture.

exactly my point - box movers with very small markup the end users pays for it in the end, when you can go to a dedicated supplier with the staff with knowledge of the products and 80% of the time you get a better deal, A bit like going to the fishmonger for your Sunday joint
