Hi there,
Hope someone can help, bear with me on this!I have just knocked back to bear brick in an upstairs bedroom, and intend to dot and dab plasterboard onto the walls, then get them plastered. The walls are quite high as it is an old house, they measure about 2640mm floor to ceiling. Now am I right in thinking that plasterboard comes in sheet 2400mm high/long?If so is it ok to cut a bit of board to make up the shortfall, and would you put the piece at the top or the bottom?Hope this makes sense!
Cheers Kev |

| however, if you cannpt get the boards in in that size then place the shortfall bit on the top, it can rest on the fixed board below and will be easier to fix up than a whole board with a big gap beneath it. |
