What way would you recommend to walk on the attached plasterboarded ceiling for running cables?

That’s an m/f ceiling and it’ll not take a humans weight. Don’t even attempt to put your weight on that or you’ll be on your living room floor in no time.

That is a suspended ceiling also known as a false ceiling. You will have to improvise for pushing cables along without stepping on it.

I think the mods should book an ambulance for your address.
