Can you remove the bottle and see if it is gundged up at the bottom where the water goes to the pump?
Don't know if the pump is in the bottle or separate, but if separate, try taking the pipe of the from the bottle to the pump and clearing it out.

Pull the hose of wherever, nearest the tank and try it. if nothing, might need to take the pump off and give it a clean. Have you got an air compressor? give it a blast down the hoses if you have to dislodge any junk.

Another thought, can you see any fluid underneath the car after activating the washers? This would indicate a leak...in my experience it's been the result of a broken non-return valve under the scuttle panel.

Hi.
problem solved I removed the motor from the bottom of the water bottle then removed the plastic part from the motor that the washer tubes are connected to. I then prised this piece apart. Inside is a rubber barrel encased in a small plastic tube. The rubber barrel pokes out each end of the tube and this slides along inside the casing so that when the front windscreen washer is used the small rubber barrel slides along inside and blocks off the rear screen washer and vicer versa. From what I could see the rubber over time had expanded in length and would not slide at all and was in effect blocking both ends. To rectify this I cut a sliver of the rubber one end so it could slide easier and now it works perfectly. The hardest part was gaining access to the water bottle under the wing but you only need to remove the clips on the front half of the plastic protector lining on the wing to gain access.
Hope this helps others.
