I saw a company advertising personalised workwear on social media. They had loads of offers on for printing and embroidering all manner of garments and lots of other stuff.

Ordered some polo's on 6th of June and up until last week hadn't heard anything. Emailed them early last week and they said they were due to be dispatched 8 days ago. Still nothing.

I've done a bit of research and their reviews on trustpilot are very sketchy to say the least. One or two glowing reviews but lots of people saying their goods haven't arrived despite money being taken.

I've just sent a firm but fair email to ask for a firm date or my money back.

How long as fair before you start getting all legal with them?

Did they give an estimated date when you placed your order ?

They said "usually dispatched in 15 working days"

I wouldn't be so worried if it wasn't for the bad reviews. Wish I had seen them before I ordered.

Give them a couple of days to respond to your e-mail. How much did you spend and how did you pay ?

£80 paid by debit card from my business account.

I've just looked on the Trading Standards website and there is t
Some very useful information and guidance on there. Even template letters.

I've already kept copies of everything from the order to emails sent and received too.

It's not so much the amount of money, because it's not a lot to be fair, but had I known they were going to string out delivery I would have gone somewhere else and probably had my polo's weeks ago.

Yeah I was reading about that on the citizens advice website. Problem is I'm in the middle of changing banks.

I think they're walking a tight rope by having such a social media presence. A few bad reviews shared or retweeted, could be very damaging.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them go bust after taking a lot of customers money.

Doesn't matter if you are changing banks I would still chase them they are responsible as the processed transaction it is their duty to get it back

Latest on this is I've sent numerous emails to this company to the point of losing patience, at which point I gave them until Friday to deliver or reimburse me.

Someone then contacted me with a tracking number. Turns out their courier have the goods in their depot, and have done since 6th July, just sitting there not moving.

I've been in touch with delivery company and the order number doesn't match my address and to refer back to the sender.

I'm getting to the end of my tether now
