I ordered some wire mesh from an on-line trader last year. It never arrived and they never responded to my emails. I had to fill in a form for the bank but I eventually got the money back. :thumbright:

Edit: The company was called Inest. Never buy from them.

Latest is that the goods were lost. The money is back in my account via the chargeback scheme.

She asked me if I wanted them to do the order again, send it through another courier and track it (like they should have done in the first place).

I said I'd be happy to do that as long as I was allowed to pay after delivery.

She declined [WHITE SMILING FACE]

To be honest she's been great. Very apologetic and offered to express the shirts for free, even said that if the goods do show up she will send them on with her compliments, but given that another bad review has just popped up on trustpilot, I've decided to quit while I'm ahead.

I've just ordered a single plain item from another supplier to try for size before I order. That'll be with me on Monday. I've also uploaded my logo to their site so they can come back with a visual of my embroidered product within 48 hours.

Will let you know how I get on!

Very latest on this is that the new company have been absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much bother.

They did me a visual of how the logo looks on the shirt, and an embroidered proof, so quite a few emails and a couple of visits to their premises until we got the colours spot on.

The original company didn't offer a visual, or any proof for me to sign off. Even if they had delivered there was a good chance the product could have been wrong.
