Had fresh render on my exterior walls about 2 weeks back, so should be ready for painting now. Do i need to use a stabalizing solution before painting? or just water down the first coat of paint.

I would always use stabilizing solution because it is less likely to flake under extreme conditions than if you Water down the masonry paint.

P155 changed to water, only because it's a new member
