Whilst out last year I saw two platforms that were being used to paint the facer's and sofits of a house. These were not your usual platform but a lean too version. I will try the describe them, but if I miss anything important please post and I will give you the info.
From the side they looked like a number 7 with a cross braise going from the platform to the leg at 45 degrees. These were leaned against a house and a ladder was put up against the front edge for the painter to access the platform.
I am trying to find out what they are called and were I can hire them?
Anyone got any ideas?
I know I should have stopped the car and got the details, but I didnt... |

I think I have seen what you describe, but I also think they might have been viewed as a bit iffy safetywise by HSE _________________ By eck! |

Have a look at Zarges, they do a ladder based platform of the type you describe. |
