Hi, I found you by accident and not sure if I'm posting in the right section but - the outside of my Mum's 1930s house was originally gravel-dashed, so it was re-plastered and we think some stuff was sprayed on top, someone said it was Terylene ? the finish is very sharp and hard. This was done about 20 years ago btw. The problem is it's been cracking for a few years now and some of it has dropped off in patches and it looks a mess. Can anyone tell me if we could re-plaster over it, or does this stuff have to be taken off first. ?

Thanks for any help..
