What do the pensioners of the forum prefer to be described as these days?

Oap, old fogey, geriatric groovers don't seem right. You're as young as you feel, so I'm guessing that 60+ is the old 40, am I right?

I just thought I'd find out as I have a few years to go!

I'm 67 and as I've said before still caravan, dog walk, involved with dog training, do a lot of DIY, gardening and most of the things I did 20 years ago.
The difference is that there is more time to enjoy these activities and life in general, we may be "coffin dodgers" "old b@stards","grumpy old farts",
but at least we're not running around like headless chickens
Life is tough being old, doing things at the pace you want too, stopping for a chat, (without someone pushing for more output) all the work pressures are best left to all you young ones.
So to all of you still working P*ss off back to work and keep paying for my pension!   :thumbright:

I agree with Doug, P1ss off back to work and leave us to our leisure time and pay for our pension, though I only 61 not drawing state pension yet.

We can be as charming as anyone  but when it comes to taking the P*ss out of our age, don't think that we are ready to roll over and play dead, and shrink back into our shells  we can come out fighting as well as anyone :boxing: except we have more experience :thumbright:
Anyway all you lovely working people - have a nice day! :pottytrain1:   :thumbright:
