I have a Efergy Elite Wireless Home Energy Monitor that I got free from Npower. I've set it up, but I'm finding it hard to find out what tariff I'm on, and what is the kW/h with the tariff so I can set that up.

How do I find this info out?

do you manage you account on line or via paper
your welome pack will have all the details
do not use the energy monitor to check anything less than 500w they are very inaccurate and you tend to get a phantom amount say 60w 'so you turn everything off except a bulb rated at 18w but it can read 80w
or your tv on standby would use 60w instead off the actual sub 1w
different monitors will give you different values on different days

Both, I'll get a image uploaded of the statement a soon as I'm on laptop as I can't see the info I need on it.

Is they any that are very good and accurate? I get what you mean because now we have turned on Xbox 360, Monitor, 2x lights, 2x house phones and it says we are only using £0.04ph/0.34kWh. I'm sure it would be more than that.

total 250w-650 per hour
what size are the bulbs ??
