After spending the last 55yrs eating food that was cooked by my mom and later by my better half, i decided to give it a try as scrambling or boiling an egg and frying some sausages summed up my cooking knowledge. the past 2 weeks i trawled the net for some easy recipes and stumbled upon food and vegetable carving which really caught my interest. below are some pics of my first 3 dishes, a fruit dish and 2 salad dishes. I hope you like them and some easy recipes from any expert cooks would be more than welcome.
