PostPosted: Sat Jan 29, 2011 7:14 pm
Was down there earlier, it's the opening weekend do for this branch so they've got 10% of everything they've got in stock.

Handy if you're after anything, or if you want to stock up on a load of fittings/screws etc.

Post subject: Looking for used pipe making machinery
PostPosted: Sat Jan 29, 2011 3:24 pm
Hello everyone,
I'm a DIY enthusiast and also a small time property developer overseas.
I'm struggling to get some pipes especially 50mm, 20mm and 25mm MDPE water pipes and 25mm PVC conduits.
Does anyone have used machinery to make/extrude these for sale? I'm considering buying to export.
Or has anyone know or worked for a company that might have upgraded its machines and are selling the old ones?
Does anyone know any sites or auctions ...

 Post subject: chainsaw chain sizes
PostPosted: Fri Jan 28, 2011 12:49 pm
I have a petrol chainsaw that i've been using for a while.
I was wondering how you work out the size of the chain as i want to order one online.

do i just take it off and measure the length?

also if anyone has any tricks of the trade for sharpening it, would be great.

cheers

are replacements available?

i have an 18v drill and the box broke today. shitty crappy hinge lol

alternatively. i have considered getting a tool bag lately. probably easier to carry about and leave my big tool box at home. any recomendations on a fairly durable decent ish sized for a joiner. with enough space for my drill aswell
