Post subject: Pipe down joints? Posted: Wed May 09, 2012 6:12 pm |

I was just having a watch of Chez's tiling videos on the youtube and I noticed he uses plastic pipe down the grout lines.
I've never done this, I was always taught to finish the grout lines with a smooth damp tiling sponge. I was just curious, does the plastic pipe thing leave a better finish/ does anyone else use that method?

So I've siliconed around it ...

I've spent this weekend scrubbing them clean of dust before mopping the floor. This is where the problem is because when it dried it left white streaks which will only come out with more scrubbing!! How can I clean them quickly and easily and ready for ...
