I fear that the community charge could be increasing again.

The one way arrows at the end of our street have just had the lamps replaced. Bear in mind that the Lamps are only about 8 feet from the ground and so can easily be reached from a step ladder.

The council turned up in a large van with a cherry picker on the top, one guy to drive the van and one to change ...

Through life, to my mind, the odd person who is accepted by all those highbrow types (Brian Sewell etc) realises what a lot of tosh most of it is...art, snobbery, perception, pseudo intellectuals........ and devises a cunning way to expose them and the nonsence for which they stand.

However most of the high brows are so stuck up their own backsides, that they really don't see ...
