Post subject: Triton TWX7 Router Table Module problem
PostPosted: Sun Oct 15, 2017 12:16 pm
Hello,

Has anyone had a problem with the Router mounting plate on the Router Table Module TWX7 RT001 .
The plate is only 1.7mm thick and moves which causes the router bit to move when cutting and causing chatter in the cuts.

I have made a really bad video showing the problem

Anyone knows of any mains 18v adapter that can run all battery operated cordless power tools? So the idea is to buy cordless tools body only and buy a 18v mains adapter that will slot in to the battery slot? Any idea?

PostPosted: Sun Jul 31, 2016 11:42 pm
Older guy who likes DIY but just ok with woodwork, most power tools I have are bottom end.
Would like to get a band-saw, never had one but would make life easier although wont be used much.
Probably would need a capacity to cut 4 inch wood and a budget of max £200.
I dont have a workshop just a 8x6 shed with a covered area adjoining it where I do most of my work ...
