PostPosted: Mon Sep 27, 2010 2:57 pm

Post subject: Loft insulation - Do it yourself or £149 via council?
PostPosted: Sat Aug 14, 2010 8:02 pm
Evening all, I've just moved into a 70s detached house that has some pretty ropey old loft insulation down.I was wondering what the best stuff to use is and I've been quoted £150 to fit RockWool via a 'supposedly' subsided scheme offered by the local council. Does this price sound about right or am I being a lazy fook and should just do it myself for less?

Cheers,

Devs.
