is there a full 12mm expansion gap in all areas including under or to skirting door frame and joining strips
there must be nothing in the gaps
there should be no spring at all after fitting is it a bump or a hollow??

Following on from the questions above, how & where was the flooring stored for the 72 hours prior to fitting?
And are you missing a hamster?

so you have a hollow??
if its a hollow you should have padded the area before instalation to make it level
how much does it drop and what underlay did you use ??

You'll find that over time the laminate will crack apart at the tongue..better to lift it (If possible) and re-lay on a sound level substrate...

options are to pad out by drilling small holes injecting liquid and pumping it around but not ideal
