checking my stores Rolling Eyes and came across these lovely items:

BNC Plug to suit thin Ethernet Cable - as use for 10Base2 Networks with 50Ohm Co-Ax cable by me but probably suit other appications
Got about 25 of them and all brand new still in the RS bags

Strain Boots - for above - about 15 x Green and 10 x Black

T-Pieces to suit above again Rolling Eyes - x 3

50 Ohm BNC Terminator - only 1 of these Shocked

4 x Wall plates with pair of round holes - for wall-mounted 10Base2 outlets

I expect demand to be high Wink , so first come first served Laughing Laughing

ahh the brings back memories, I was once a junior IT engineer, guess who had to install trunking, BNC cabling & cards. Many a local Estate Agent and small business got their first Novell network setup with that.
One small point, that list wouldn't work without a 2nd terminator!

I'll stick with my lovely 100bps Cat5 & WiFi thanks.

Anyone used TokenRing? If BNC is from the Ark, then TokenRing is positively prehistoric! No fancy graphics with 4mbps to the client from a 16mpbs backbone hehe!

But at least you could dig a hole with a JCB and still have the network carry on with Token Ring.

And that was just about the only argument anyonecould put forward for having it Laughing

and very true about the terminator Thumbright - spare ones used to be rare as hens teeth then 10Base-2 was all the rage

Oh - I also still have the crimping tool for the connectors - I actually forgot what it was for it is so long since I used it Embarassed
